Insuring a New Vehicle

If you are interested in insuring a new vehicle, you may start now by completing and returning to Alliance an Auto Application Form. To ensure you receive the best rate available, please obtain a No Claims Letter from your previous insurer (if applicable). To complete the process of obtaining auto insurance, we require the following:

• Auto Application Form
• Bill of Sale
• No Claims Letter (if applicable)
• Registration Number (License Plate)
• Physician's Report (if you are 65 or older)

Insuring a Used Vehicle

To insure a used vehicle, please provide us with the following documents:

• Auto Application Form
• No Claims Letter (if applicable)
• Registration Number (License Plate)
• Garage Report (vehicles 6 years & older - must be completed & signed by a mechanic)
• Transfer of Title
• Bill of Sale
• Physcian's Report (if you are 65 and older)

Insuring a Company Vehicle

To insure a commercial fleet, we will require the following documents

• Auto Application Form for each company vehicle
• Transfer of Title
• Bill of Sale
• Registration Number (License Plate)
• Registration Form
